CANCELLATION POLICY
- To secure a booking we request a refundable pre-payment of 50% In case of cancellation we would charge a cancellation fee of 50 US$ per room Full payment is due 15 days prior to arrival and from this moment all payments will be non-refundable. Holiday season bookings must be pre-paid in full 40 days prior to arrival and this pre-payment will then be non refundable.
For special discounted rates we require full non-refundable payment at moment of booking. - 2 promotions or discounted specials cannot be combined
