The Mago Estate Hotel Spa Package is designed for those who want to feel refreshed and enlightened after there well deserved break from the world. Spa Treatments

Swedish
The first and original European massage. Using a variety of traditional techniques including kneading, friction and stretching the massage induces relaxation, loosening of muscle tension and stimulating the circulation of the blood and lymph. Feel free to state your preference for pressure during the massage as it can range from light to firm.

Deep Tissue
Entreated massage using a firmer stroke than the Swedish. This massage therapy focuses on realigning deeper layers of muscles and connective tissue and helps relieve tension and painful muscles. A great pre-or post work out massage.

Body Scrub
A complete exfoliation using brown sugar and your choice of scrub. It’s gentle reviving helps circulation and rejuvenates your skin. We recommend that you start and finish your holiday with this treatment to help maintain your tan long after your holidays is over.

Sauna
Relax in a quiet locally made steam room. A relic from the Roman and Greek civilisations, sauna has been regaining its popularity in recent times. Steam and heat helps lower your blood pressure while relaxing tissues. Sauna has also been found to reduce levels of stress hormones adrenalin and noradrenalin and to increase levels of beta endorphin

Other treatments included.
Foot and Hand Reflexology, Whirlpool Bath, Back Neck and Shoulders massage, and the Mago Trinity which is a combination of New Jerusalem or Piton Waterfall, Sulphur Springs and Massage of your choice.
